Left-wing crazies are increasingly calling for protests and violence in the streets over a wide range of issues, including President Donald Trump's election win, he and Elon Musk's sweeping efforts at reducing waste, fraud, and the size of the federal government, transgender individuals being disqualified from military service, the mass deportation of illegal aliens, etc..
On Friday, hundreds of demonstrators gathered outside of the US Capitol to protest against President Trump and his administration.
On Thursday, approximately 100 individuals were arrested after flooding into Trump Tower in Manhattan to protest the arrest and detention of Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil. The Trump administration aims to deport Khalil over his efforts to lead activities in support of Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.
The protesters were associated with the anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace, which has ties to five U.S.-designated terrorist groups.
Also on Thursday, a Tesla dealership in Portland was shot at from a passing vehicle more than a dozen times. This was the second attack on the dealership and one of several across the nation. Reports on social media also show an increasing trend of Tesla vehicle owners themselves being harassed and having their cars vandalized.
None of this has escaped the view of Attorney General Pam Bondi, who issued a warning for Tesla vandals to “watch out," as she has opened an investigation into the violent demonstrations taking aim at Elon Musk’s electric vehicle company. In an interview with Fox Business Network, Bondi addressed the topic:
“I have already directed an investigation be opened to see how is this being funded, who is behind this..”
“We have someone in jail right now from one of the dealerships. They threw a Molotov cocktail through a dealership. They’re looking at up to 20 years in prison.”
Conservatives Targeted in Swatting Incidents
This week also saw a large number of swatting calls targeting prominent conservative media figures and influencers, including Gunther Eaglemann, Chase Geiser (who was swatted twice), Shawn Farash, Benny Johnson, Nick Sortor's father and sister, and radio talk show host Joe Pags.
Readers are reminded that a swatting event is when someone makes a false report to 911 in an attempt to get a SWAT team to respond with lethal force.
This week's flurry of swatting incidents triggered a statement from FBI Director Kash Patel on Friday:
"I want to address the alarming rise in ‘Swatting’ incidents targeting media figures. The FBI is aware of this dangerous trend, and my team and I are already taking action to investigate and hold those responsible accountable.
This isn’t about politics. Weaponizing law enforcement against ANY American is not only morally reprehensible but also endangers lives, including those of our officers. That will not be tolerated.
We are fully committed to working with local law enforcement to crack down on these crimes.
More updates to come."
AlertsUSA cautions readers that as soon as the national weather picture begins to clear up, this country is likely going to experience a dramatic rise in protests, potentially even more violent than those experienced during the first Trump administration.
AlertsUSA continues to monitor the national and international threat environment and will immediately notify service subscribers of any new alerts, warnings, or advisories impacting the overall threat picture for American citizens, as events warrant. |
